The uniform of a serious business.
Flagstone dresses organisations that trade on trust. We design, brand and manage corporate clothing programmes — from the boardroom to the front desk — with the discipline of a firm and the eye of a tailor.
A wardrobe is a promise a company makes before anyone speaks. We make sure that promise is kept — consistently, everywhere, on every shift.
Flagstone is a corporate clothing house built on a simple conviction: how your people are dressed is not a detail, it is your reputation, worn in public. We treat a uniform programme the way a good firm treats its accounts — with rigour, records and a single point of accountability.
We handle the whole undertaking. Design and specification, embroidery and branding, sizing and rollout, re-ordering and replacement — managed through one relationship and one online portal, so a new starter in Manchester looks exactly like a director in London.
Attire built for the demands of your industry.
Every sector carries its own code of dress and duty. We tailor each programme to the standard your clients, regulators and colleagues expect.
Banking & Finance
Boardroom-grade tailoring and front-of-house attire for firms judged on confidence.
Corporate & Professional
A coherent wardrobe standard for offices, consultancies and head-office teams.
Legal & Chambers
Understated, precise clothing for practices where discretion is the brand.
Hospitality & Events
Service-ready uniforms that hold their finish across long shifts and full houses.
Retail & Showroom
Branded floor and concession wear that keeps your people unmistakably on-brand.
Transport & Logistics
Durable, high-turnover workwear engineered for depots, drivers and the road.
Healthcare & Care
Comfortable, compliant garments for clinical, care and reception environments.
Facilities & Front of House
Reception, security and estates clothing that sets the tone at the front door.
One partner, from first sketch to re-order.
A corporate clothing programme is a supply chain, a design brief and an ongoing service all at once. We run every part of it under one roof.
Bespoke Design & Consultancy
We shape a wardrobe around your brand, your roles and your budget — specifying fabric, cut, colour and dress code from the ground up.
Embroidery, Branding & Personalisation
In-house embroidery, print and heat-seal branding, plus named garments, so every item carries your identity precisely and permanently.
Dedicated Account Management
One named account manager who knows your programme, your sizes and your sites — a single line of accountability, not a call centre.
Uniform Management Portal
A private online portal for ordering, budgets and approvals — new starters kitted out and replacements re-ordered in minutes.
Sourcing, Manufacturing & Fulfilment
A managed UK supply chain with held stock and scheduled delivery, so the right garments reach the right people, on time.
The habits of a well-run firm, applied to clothing.
Considered craftsmanship
Garments specified and finished to last — chosen for how they wear, not just how they look on day one.
Consistency at scale
One standard held across every site and every starter, so the brand never varies by postcode.
Dressed for the room
Attire pitched exactly at the audience — from regulated boardrooms to busy front desks.
One accountable partner
A single relationship that owns the outcome, from specification through to every re-order.
“A uniform should look considered from across the room and correct up close. We build every programme to survive both tests — and the hundredth wash.”
The Flagstone brief — how we specify every garment we put your name on.
Made properly, sourced responsibly.
As a new firm we are building our programme to recognised standards from day one. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to.
Quality Management
Processes aligned to ISO 9001 principles — specified, checked and recorded.
Environmental Care
Working towards ISO 14001 practice, with a stated route to net zero.
Ethical Supply
Supplier standards informed by SEDEX/SMETA and a Modern Slavery statement.
Fair Work
A commitment to the real Living Wage across our own team and partners.
“Dress a company well and it walks in already believed.”
